Q: How do I order banner sizes not listed?
A: Call us at 908-237-4646 for custom orders. We are glad to process custom banners.

Q: What file formats do you support?
A: Word, Publisher, eps, ai, ps, pdf, psd, jpg, tif are all supported.

Q: How do I upload my files?
A: Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an email with a link to upload your files.

Q: Are product sheets available for the products?
A: Yes email us at info@printabanner.com to request product spec sheets.

Q: What resolution is required for scans?
A: 100dpi is best, but 72dpi is sufficient at full size.

Q: My software doesn't support 10' lengths, how do I set up the file?
A: You can set it up at quarter size. Be sure and increase your resolution to 400dpi since the file will be enlarged.

Q: Is RGB ok for a color space. We support RGB and CMYK both.

Q: Do you offer quantity discounts?

Q: Do you print vinyl and mesh banners?
A: We do, please call 908-237-4646 for a quote.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
